Returns and Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection laws:

●      Damaged or Defective Items: If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 15 days of delivery.

●      Cancellations: Orders for flat-pack furniture can be canceled before the shipment has been dispatched.

●      Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original flat-pack packaging and unused. As our furniture is designed for self-assembly, once the item is fully or partially assembled, returns may be subject to a restocking fee unless a defect is proven.

Delivery Across the UAE All Smartlivesys products are shipped in optimized flat-pack packaging to ensure safe and efficient transit. We partner with licensed UAE logistics providers to deliver your orders directly to your door in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.

●      Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days.

●      Assembly: Our furniture is designed for easy DIY assembly. Each package includes detailed 3D instructions.

All prices on our website are currently inclusive of all applicable fees. Smartlivesys FZE LLC is currently in the process of VAT registration; once completed, VAT (5%) will be itemized on your tax invoices in accordance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.
